Kanto Digital Signage Mounts

The Best Solution for Multi-Screen Mounting

Menu Boards

A common goal of numerous businesses across nearly all industries is displaying valuable information to staff members or customers — a goal mostly achieved through the use of displays. Monitors used solely for the purpose of displaying information are typically referred to as digital signage. However, in most work environments, having several TV screens or monitors mounted usually means struggling with uneven screens, messy wires, and unoptimized viewing angles.

That’s where Kanto’s digital signage mounts come into play. Their multi-screen mounting solutions make it simple to mount several TVs in a row, with impeccable alignment and a polished appearance. In this article, we’ll discuss the different types of digital signage mounts Kanto offers and what their greatest selling points are.

What Different Types of Signage Mounts Are Available for My Business?

Wall Mounts for Digital Signage

Most businesses have a limited footprint, and digital signage mounts can help you keep the LCD displays or digital menu boards out of the way. This way, your digital signage won’t take up any floor space, leaving the signage out of the way but still entirely visible to your staff or customers.

Wall mounts offer some maneuverability in terms of tilting, which is great for businesses that want to provide ideal viewpoints to their customers. Considering that most digital signage these days are interactive or touch-based, TV wall mounts are a perfect way of placing your screens directly in front of your customers.

Kanto offers three different units, depending on the number of displays you want to support — our display mounts allow you to install two, three, or four displays in line. Thanks to the implemented pop-out system in our products, the displays can be extended outwards, allowing for easier maintenance of your video wall and subsequent cabling.

Ceiling Mounts for Digital Signage

Digital signage ceiling mounts are extremely helpful when there’s not enough room for mounting brackets on the wall. Ceiling mounts can hang from the support beams or the ceiling itself, including sloped ceilings, and they’re very adjustable, allowing you to position the screen in a way that exposes its content to the maximum number of existing and potential customers.

As with our wall mounts, we also offer three different units, the choice of which depends entirely on your needs. They’re best suited for hanging two, three, or four displays in perfect alignment. And you don’t even have to struggle to line them up; our mounts feature a micro-adjustment system allowing you or the installers to easily align your screens.

What Are the Main Benefits of Using Digital Signage Mounts?

Our products allow you to create multi-screen displays and digital menu boards in any commercial space, regardless of whether it’s a restaurant, a sports bar, or a retail store looking for digital signage. However, besides being a fantastic way of mounting your displays, our product comes with a plethora of other benefits as well; let’s see what they are:

Variable Size

Our display mounts can support screens of different sizes with a maximum weight of up to 66lbs (or 30kg) for each display. Depending on your configuration, that’s up to 132lbs (approximately 60kg) for dual-screen, and up to 264lbs (approximately 120kg) for quad-screen setups.

Additionally, each wall mount offers compatibility with VESA mount standards, ranging from 75x75mm to 600x400mm, so you can select the ideal screen type that would meet your installation needs — most 40” to 60” television screens fall into the aforementioned weight and VESA categories.

Precision & Modular Design

Kanto’s low-profile wall and ceiling mounts feature a modular rail, which allows you to arrange two to four screens side-by-side in either portrait or landscape orientation. Furthermore, because of their modular design, installers can connect two or more rails together to mount and precisely align an almost endless number of screens, provided that you have enough wall or ceiling space.

The extending arms on our wall mounts that attach to the back of the TV also offer micro-height adjustments that allow installers to perfectly level your screens and ensure that they’re positioned in line with one another.

When it comes to angled or corner installations, our MB adaptor provides you with up to 45° angle for corner installations with any MB series mount. The hardware attaches two extrusions together and locks them at a preferred angle with a tension screw.

Extrusions & Accessories

Our digital signage mounts have supplemental extrusions available in 11”, 18”, 26”, and 39” (28, 48, 68, and 100cm) lengths.  These are designed to accommodate different screen sizes, prioritizing ease of use and easy interchangeability.

Ceiling mounts use telescopic extension poles that allow you to position the center of the TV’s VESA mounting plate between 12.7” to 39.3” from the ceiling. What’s even better is that these mounts use several extension poles, which can be separately lengthened or shortened to accommodate any changes in the ceiling height. If additional length from the ceiling is required, our MB extension pole is available in 50cm increments.

Additional MB wall mount plates are available for use with any MBW mount to add additional mounting points to walls. It can solve issues with improper stud placements or can be used to extend the display configuration when used in conjunction with additional MB extrusions.

Tilt Motion

Matching the angle position of the screen is among the most important installation steps, and Kanto tilt wall mounts allow you to align your screens perfectly when tilted. Compared to other adjustment solutions on the market, ours eliminates a very common installation problem and shortens the installation time, ensuring higher levels of professional appearance.

Rather than having a free motion tilt adjustment, Kanto wall mounts feature discreet tilt positions at 5°, 10°, or 15° angles, ensuring that all screens are positioned at the exact same angle. Our ceiling mounts allow for an additional -6° (negative 6°) tilting angle, enhancing the field of vision available to reach customers.

Cable Management

Regardless of whether you’re using a wall or a ceiling mount, or perhaps a floor stand, visible cables are the detriment to an aesthetically pleasing screen setup. Luckily, with Kanto’s screen mounting solution, managing cables and keeping them hidden is as easy as it gets.

All mounts come with a cable management system, which makes it simple to keep the cords hidden behind your brand-new 60-inch Samsung or Sony screen. The hollow extension poles of our ceiling mounts allow you to route cables without any obstacles, ensuring that unattractive cables aren’t ruining the seamless aesthetics you’re going for.

The pop-out feature on our wall mounts allows for easy access behind the screen for easier input swap or maintenance, which is usually more of a challenge on other products that don’t have this functionality. The negative tilt on our ceiling mounts provides similar ease-or-access if installed tight against a wall.

Places Where Our Digital Signage Can Be Used

You can find display mounts everywhere there are screens, including kiosk enclosures that are becoming increasingly popular in hotel lobbies and restaurants. Wall-mounted variants are most typically found in medical offices’ waiting rooms and school and university classrooms.

Ceiling digital signage mounting solutions are most commonly found at airports announcing arrivals and departures, sports bars, casinos, digital menus, and simple advertisements.
